US bank is the McDonald's of banks: it's everywhere but expect a lower quality. While the tellers are always super kind, the first loan officer I spoke to was rude and off-putting. I immediately requested a different loan officer, but with all of the abnormal strict policies and the extremely high interest rate I chose to walk away and find a bank that is about its customers.
This is a great bank. I know nothing about how banks work and the ladies there are always soooooooo helpful.
