I have only dealt with parts personally but I must say their parts staff seem to be very knowledgeable and very efficient...more professional than most places ive been here in Williston. I must note how refreshing it is to find a place with such pleasant staff in this area.
The service department at this place is the most ridiculous display of service you will ever see. I came in to have 3 idler pulleys replaced and have been here for over 3 hours now. The company I work for had an appointment for yesterday and it didn't hit the service bay till this morning at 8:30am. The service manager is clueless. He can't give an eta or a time till finished and has no clue at what is going on around him let alone what is going on in the shop. Has poor scheduling skills and over all has made this a poor example of what a simple experience should be. Over all this place is absolutely ridiculous!!
