Ask them to do a few simple things couldn't even do that will never dawn there ever again
They took our car first thing in the morning and had it all day for a "complete" maintenance check. However, when we got it back, they didn't do a wheel alignment (which we specifically asked for), and 500 miles after the service the "Check Engine Light" came on. They also didn't check tire pressure or the window washer fluid - 2 basic car maintenance checklist items. Great location, but very disappointed with the end result, which they overcharged for the job that they actually did.
