Helped with diagnostic free of charge over the phone and I'm considering Murphy & Son's if they can do the repair despite negative reviews. It seems like an honest operation and I'm sure they try to please all their customers. I'll swing by the shop durning regular business hours to find out about cost of parts and rates per labor.
I had locked my keys in my car and I called them. They got there within 45 minutes Of calling them. They were able to unlock my car and I was able to retrieve my keys that were sitting on the front seat. They were super nice about it.
Took my car in to get repaired. They told me that they would get me an estimate by the end of the day, took two days. Now we are supposed to go back in to get it finished and they are not answering their phones. Supposed to get it done the day before but the mechanic never answered their phone or met up with me at the shop. Not going back there again.

Murphy and son's is a joke. Someone tried to steal my car and the insurance company sent Murphy and Son's to tow the disabled car. They convinced me that they could fix all of the damage. Biggest mistake I ever made! Two months later they finally got the car running, cost $2000. Not to mention when I got it back it had a huge dent in the side. They said they knew nothing about the dent. Getting pictures from the police department and will see them in court. These guys are liars and crooks.
