Had these guys do some work for me and got everything I asked for plus some. They charged exactly what they explained, time from the shop to the job and back to the shop plus parts. It was good work and at an honest rate. Good people that I was comfortable leaving in my house without me presents and quality work. Thanks guys!
We had polar refrigeration install a new furnace in our home and they were fabulous! I didn't have one clue about furnaces and they were very helpful and nice, plus the prices weren't as bad as I was thinking they'd be! It's nice to actually get good service in this town.
I wish I didn't have to give a star. First of all they suck at explaining how they charge and the guy was only at my house for an 1/12 and I got charged for 3 1/2 hours. Apparently they charge you the min you call. Never again will I use this place TERRIBLE
We got back from vacation to find out our furnace had decided to take one too. Their service technician was at our home 3 hours after I called on Monday morning and the problem was fixed shortly after. The office staff and service tech. were very friendly and great to work with.
