Went in for an asthma inhaler since I had an attack the previous night. Since I didn't have a main doctor they took some blood then sent me home with nothing but a slip to go ask some other clinic for the inhalor. I had better service when I went to the ER.
first off, in this WALK IN CLINIC you need a appointment. the ONE provider they have, needs a 2hr lunch and they close at 5pm.
i now have been sitting here for 39 min, no explanation what is taking so long, but befor i was even able to make an appointment to walk in- get this- I had to pay a $ 465 bill that i just fot in the mail , yesterday!! ..i am so frustrated!!
Bizarre. Place was deserted but since I didn't have an appointment, they sent me to their competitor (which was the best outcome possible). I can't imagine how they stay in business.
They are fast and can treat more then just the common cold like. I have gone here a quite a few times for different reasons and they have always helped me out. They are always very friendly and have never made me feel awkward like some doctors do. It's a good clinic.
My wife just stopped by the clinic with concerns about her blood pressure. There was one person in the waiting area and an attendant behind the desk. The attendant told her they were full today and would have to go somewhere else. REALLY! Then the attendant went back to reading her book. Why are you open and why won't you help people who come to you for medical assistance?
