My mother's estate paid for 4.5hrs of research into mineral deeds. What I got was about two sentences and "anecdotal" information that proved almost entirely false! The information I finally received from Williams County Recorders Office shows that Mr. Hennessy accounted for 112.5% of the mineral rights. Last time I checked a 100% = a whole! The estate was charged almost $1000.00 for a bunch of bogus information that I now have to pay someone else to fix!!! I HAD to rate this a one star since there isn't a negative stars option.
