There delivery is terrible. They only have a .25 mile delivery range so why they even offer delivery is ridiculous! They have delivered 3 times previously to my location which is barely outside of their range and now are telling me they have NEVER delivered here before. The driver pulled up and told me I can go to Jimmy Johns and pick up or they can refund my money. I live at an apartment complex and they are losing out on lots of business with their small delivery range.
Pretty standard Jimmy John's. Staff is really fast and friendly.
Service is good, but music is way to loud. A better system for receiving my order would also be welcomed.

Made A delivery order got my sandwich with too much mustard where I can barely eat it!!! And on top of that there was A peice of damn hair in it also!!! I’m so disgusted right now!!!! That’s why I don’t trust these restaurants at all, never had A problem with this place until now!
