Brady just sent 24 of their trucks or 25% of their fleet to other locations across the south because they lost so much of their sand jobs up here. They completely lost their flatbed division and are cutting other jobs at their yard. The maintenance shop is the most poorly run shop I have ever worked at. Mike the maintenance supervisor put a driver in a unsafe truck that had been in a head on collision 3 weeks before and failed to replace the damaged gearbox. So I was let go 2 days later when I complained to the owner of the company that it was an unsafe truck. The driver was still in that truck when they let me go. Larry Brady the owner said I should never had made a complaint. So that right there tells you how poorly the owner cares about his trucks.
Took 55 days to get paid. Fired for unloading in wrong bin directed by dispatch who failed
Watch out it is not good company to work. Mike at the shop he is very very racist and most of the drivers will not accept you if you're from other culture. Or any minority group.
This place has come a long way... As far as my husband being racist.. HA.. Nice try.. My son is half black.. Get over it and move on..
