Extremely slow. 5 people walked out of line and at least 3 cars backed out of the drive through line. The employees (5 that could be seen) were laughing and talking more than helping customers.
It has great ice cream... Not to mention the service their is very respectable, and always on the job doing its best for its clients.
drive thru service here is a joke. Slow service through drive through. No sense of urgency to get people through. Lots of employees can always be seen standing around doing nothing while people wait.
More than one employee would make the same blizzard so they'd waste that time and then throw that ice cream away. They would also handle money and prepare food without washing their hands.
Ice cream was fine.
Maybe it was just the crew tonight, but it was ridiculous. They need a better system for efficient serving and either better training or supervision.
Friendly people, delicious food and very good $1 FROSTY during happy hour 2 to 5.
Traveled to Williston over Thanksgiving from Washington State. I have not found a DQ in Washington State that sells Cheese Curds! Love this cheesy little snack!
