Outlaw customs is always going to be the place that I bring my truck Into, weather it be getting it serviced or just getting repairs or upgrades. Matt has always succeeded to make me overly happy on anything we have agreed upon doing, they get everything done in great time, they do an awesome job on everything, I can’t stress that enough! I’ve trusted Matt with a lot of money to work on my truck and to be honest, I’ve never had any reason to not to trust him! Outlaw customs makes me feel like I’m at home when I’m at there shop which is a huge thing for me as well!
More than half way through my upgrades and liking the progress as well as the thorough investigation of other nearby parts that play an acting role in the longevity of the repairs being made. I’m impressed by the ongoing communication and status reports about my truck. I brought in some parts I previously purchased prior to learning about O.C.D., and happy to see them installed and ready for use. Also including the parts that are never seen (High Strength Head Stud Bolts) it’s comforting to know that the right parts are in place when you need them the most. So far I am pleased with the work that’s done and the work that’s still undergoing. I’ll be writing a follow up review upon completion of my truck, for now I’m pleased to see the positive progress as well as still remaining in the loop about my project.
Matt Logan, owner of Outlaw Customs Diesel asked me to do work for him over Labor Day Weekend 2017 starting on 9/2/2017. I agreed and fulfilled my obligations as per our agreement as he needed several things done from housekeeping to book keeping work. On Monday 9/4/2017 I came into work and he agreed to fix my truck. I brought it in at 9:30 am and clocked in. He left for the day and while he came back several times throughout the day, he left my truck on the lift without fulfilling his obligation to diagnosis and repair it. I clocked out at 6pm and he was still not back yet and my truck was still on the lift so I was unable to depart. At 9:30pm he finally came back and not only didn't repair the truck as promised but made me leave the premises after slamming a door in my face .. this was after waiting there 3.5 hours after my shift was over. Needless to say, I was no longer willing to work for him and he agreed to pay me for services rendered from 9/2/2017 through 9/4/2017. Tuesday 9/5/2017 he completely ignored my attempts to contact him. On Wednesday 9/6/2017, he agreed to pay me on Friday 9/8/2017. I made numerous attempts to contact him via text message, phone calls and Facebook on Friday 9/8/2017 but all communication attempts failed. I drove by his business at around 5pm and the shop was closed, despite hours that being posted as 8-6:30pm and I was unsuccessful at locating him or making contact. Since then, he has done nothing to remedy the situation and as of today 9/10/2017, despite his numerous text messages and phone calls stating he would pay me, I have yet to collect for services rendered.
They guys over at ocd were more then helpful the owner went above and beyond to ensure there was transparency and I was absolutely comfortable and happy not only did I get a good job done but I can always return and the Fellas here at OCD will help me and any situations that arise with any vehicles I own I recommend them to everybody in the Williston Basin area excellent superb mechanics quality customer service reliable performance packages
