We took our kitten there to get his shots, walked into the lobby and it was dirty and smelt bad. We went into one of the rooms until the vet got off lunch. The room was very dirty, we had to ask for them to wipe off the table. The lady was rude and dirty herself. We were not pleased at all. Definitely going back to High Plains Vet in Sidney
Oj is doing great. He really enjoyed the attention he got from the ladies. It was a positive experience for him.
I have taken 4 of our dogs to Western Vet for shots to illnesses. Never have I seen such compassion shown to my babies like they do there. I will continue to take our animals for all their care to Western Vet. I recommend Western Vet to anyone that I talk to about animal care.
Great facility. Staff are friendly and accommodating with scheduling of appointments. We have used the emergency services and scheduled appointments. All occurrences have been positive.
