Our representative, Taylor, was absolutely amazing! She did everything she could possibly do to make all the problems their call center had caused with our account better! Explained things thoroughly, and made sure we left happy with our service.

The employees there are so rude and treat you like you're an idiot. I got more help calling AT&T Customer service to help me instead of wasting my time walking into that AT&T store. I can't wait for my contract to be up with them soon.
