I walked into the store and the two gentlemen sitting at the counter looked at me and turned around to finish what they were doing. I didn't get a greeting nor did they offer to help me with anything. A few moments later my husband walked in the door and they greeted him and offered to help him. I think that it completely unprofessional and just plain rude.

The staff there is great, if only they could keep up with thier product. The showroom is super diffrrent every week.
The reason for the one star review. Is I now have 2 payments made on the stuff I have purchased. But yet still don't have it.
Wasted an entire day on them.
Was told delivery would be between 1-3 on a Saturday. Then told between 3-5. And here it is 6:15 and they close at 6. Was told at 5:50 they would be heading this way in a few minutes.
