Found a used needle on the bathroom floor, and the A/C rattled bad. Then it stopped working at all!!
I stay at this hotel fairly often and have been since I moved here years ago. I always stay in the hot tub room so I can soak and relax after long weeks of work. Unfortunately the last three times I've stayed the AC/Heater hasn't worked and there is always an issue with the TV or remote. Other than that, the staff is incredible, room is always clean and it's always quiet and peaceful. Again, the staff.. absolutely amazing.
