Very nice and new place but you can tell that it has seen some hard use. Front desk staff very nice. Checked into my room to find an almost empty roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, should have been replaced by house keeping.
I called this hotel to book a room with the ND gov state rate of $83.70 as a state employee. I was told that they offer a different state rate of $94. The supervisor I was speaking to barely let me get the words out of my mouth before she starting being rude and making comments about how she has to deal with this question often. It made me feel like my business is not welcome here. I will not be staying at this hotel and would highly caution anyone else who is thinking about staying here. If the customer service from the lady supervisor is this bad over the phone because of a simple question then what will the service at the hotel be like if I were to book with them. COUNT ME OUT!!!
