I would say that I have found the right place to secure my personal belongings. The gate requires a code to get in and out, there are cameras throughout the location and safety and security in top priority at StorQuest. I feel as If I'm a special client and I would tell all my friends and co-workers where to go for their storage needs.
I was given a great rate on the first months rent and then Jane walked with me to show me where my storage unit was. It was clean and in perfect condition and working order.
The facility is always clean and the staff has proven to be very attentive, friendly and eager to answer any questions I have had. I recommend StorQuest for those who desire a safe, clean and well attended storage facility.
Best place to keep your belongs at! The atmosphere there is great, management is really great and can't beat the prices. They have security gate and cameras all over the place. 100% recommend this place! Jane the manager and Sara the assistant manager are awesome and super friendly!
I called every storage facility in the vicinity and chose StorQuest, Jane was professional yet personable, she articulated all my options clearly, toured me through the facility and walked me through the rental process with speed and clarity.
Met with us on a Sunday and gave us the internet special, which I suggest you ask for so you can get your first month for a dollar. They are a clean and new facility which is important in North Dakota where mice tend to be a problem. They bait and kill the mice so that they do not bother your storage unit. Also lots of room for your big trucks and U haul to get in there and unload. You do have to have a disc lock which they sell for 12 dollars or two for 19 so if you have one bring one. I found the lock prices reasonable myself but if you have one save some money. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience!
Upon arriving to StorQuest, I was met by a young lady in the office that welcomed me and was kind and respectful. Her name was Jane and during the time I was there, Jane went over all my options and needs for a rental space including size and location.
Jane is amazing, she's been very helpful and understanding. As long as she's here I will always consider Storquest my first choice. The facility looks clean and well taken care of, I would recommend Storquest to everyone.
