Ugh. First it was impossible to reach someone locally. Then when we finally did and asked our question about a vehicle tow dolly we were given inaccurate information. But didnt find out until we arrived to pick it up. Due to incorrect information provided by them, we couldn't use the vehicle tow dolly and it almost ruined our entire plans. Thank goodness for friends. This local uhaul screwed up for sure.

Signed for it without inspecting first do not do this when dropping off they charged me an additional 50$ to sweep out inside. Also person before me hauled a dog inside cab hair everywhere. Picked up 1/4 tank returned with over half no fuel credit back. Lady said she couldn't do anything her hands were tied. So make sure to inspect before signing.
