Can not reach him after paying in full. Have paid him for the minor subdivision which he never brought to the county. Total nightmare, and he is not licensed. Do not use basin land survey.
Michael Turgeon is NOT A LICENSED SURVERYOR, you do NOT want to work with him. I started a Minor Subdivision project with him on October 19th, 2014. The initial drawing was not what we had talked about and had to be fixed. It took until February 2, 2015 to get the correct drawing. After paying in full, I did not hear from him for 5 months. After contacting him to determine where the application was in the process, I was told that the County was behind and to let him handle it. Fast forward to February 4, 2016. Project still incomplete. Mike is barely reachable by phone. Office has moved. Manager of Basin Land Survey claims no knowledge of my project/barely acknowledges my complaints. My pre-app was not submitted for 5 MONTHS after I payed in full!! After I signed a Minor Subdivision Application, which I was not told that I needed to do until September, 2015, Mike did not submit my application for 2 MORE MONTHS! I was told by Mike that because he was so busy with a lot of projects, and that I had a small project, he usually waited until the County emailed him and reminded him that action needed to be taken with my project; he was not reviewing what needed to be completed. My project was essentially 'SHELVED'. Action was only taken after I would make a call and remind him. Uncooperative, incompetent, and untrustworthy. Find another surveyor!!! If I could rate as ZERO STARS I WOULD!
