I love this place! Best place to live in Williston. The managers here are great and host fun events! Excellent amenities- we use the gym and dog park every day!
If you were living on the bottom level your upstairs neighbors can pretty much be as loud as they want and no matter how much you complain nothing is really done about it. I have two small children that are constantly woken up by my upstairs neighbors and I have been complaining for months and nothing has been done! The floors are apparently very thin and you can hear everything! The internet is horrid! We pay $150 a month for own internet Because the Internet that is supposedly included in your rent is so hard to connect with and kicks you off every couple of minutes and the reception ability in the apartments is so horrible that even the internet we pay for doesn't work in certain rooms of our apartment. If you're a single person just looking for a place to sleep then this might work for you but if you were a family with small children paying $1,300 a month for this kind of a place is not worth it! We are moving soon!
The Bluffs has very nice apartments, great staff, and is a wonderful place to live. With the granite countertops, underground heated parking, and great amenities, you can't go wrong by choosing the Bluffs.
The only issue that we've found annoying is A LOT of the residents with trucks don't seem to understand how loud they can be during quiet hours by revving the engines or driving too fast through the parking lot when either coming or going. That happens everywhere though cause we all have that one friend don't we! Haha.
We have lived at The Bluffs since they opened. We have loved living here. They have great amenities and the staff always goes above and beyond. They put on activities for everyone including things for the kids to do. A holiday doesn’t go by without something going on in the community room.
All the entrance doors and garages require a key fob to enter and there's cameras everywhere so you feel very secure. We haven't met a rude neighbor once, yet everyone pretty much stays to themselves.
Lived here for 7 months and the experience has been one of the best for apartment living. Underground, heated parking garage, elevator, gym, super nice rec room, business center, dog park with many doggie waste stations all over the property. Non smoking which is super nice when you're not a smoker. Apartments are modern with upgraded fixtures, appliances and nicely furnished if you are not uprooting your family to move here. They upgraded the Wi-Fi and it's perfect all the time, always a connection.
Management goes above and beyond to assist you in any way possible, and always with a smile! Laura, Laurie and Christina feel more like part of your family and are always happy to see you which is a pleasant change from other properties we've lived at.
