I haven't visited Hardee's Restaurant in probably over a year, and was so looking forward Big Beef, and curly fries. Well RB was good as expected, but the fries, well they can keep them, not worth the price, sorry!
Over the past 10 months I have gone in the restaurant to eat and waited 45 minutes to get good when I was one of 5-6 groups in there. I have also gotten the wrong meal going through the drive through. On top of that each car sits at the window for a good 5 minutes before getting their food. I no longer can go there if I'm in a hurry as "fast-food" does not accurately describe them. Disappointing because I rather enjoy their food.
Burgers are never hot, that is not just this location. Same thing at everyone I have been to. Fries worst of the big 5 burger joints
Walked in for breakfast at 8am. Door says the lobby is ope, at 6. Both registers were closed and no one said so much as hello. The cook however was in the back saying "McDonald is open too!" so that's exactly where I'll go.
