I went through drive through and waited 10 minutes for my food..which is fine if it is fresh. I got to my work place and tried to eat the chicken poppers i had ordered. they were so rock hard I couldn't even bite through them. So I decided to call and let management know and the phone just rang and rang..no one would answer the phone. I called back for over an hour and no answer. I t is a wonder that this place is even getting any business. I have lived in Williston all my life and the last 2 years are the worst KFC has ever been. Time to go somewhere else.
I was kind of disappointed with this KFC store, trash cans stuffed full of trash,tables had red duct on every table. It was generally just run down.The food seemed a little off from other stores also.
Very polite staff and of course the food is pretty good too.
The management here is great and the buffet food was hot and fresh. The manager came over checked on how our experience was and gave my daughter's a chocolate cake for dessert. We will be back for sure!
My son and I got the chicken strips today around 3:20pm and the staff, especially the cashier working the drive thru window, we're very very nice! He was polite and gave us excellent customer service which is lacking in Williston most of the time. This whole crew deserves a raise! Thank you for making our day! God Bless!
