Do not take your RV there to get serviced! They will tell you anything you want to hear to get you in the door. I was very specific about when I needed it done by and they say no problem bring it in. Very unknowable for being a "professional service". First off they told me my slider arm was bent... I obviously wanted to get that fixed so gave them the OK to work on it. They worked on it for 8 hrs with no results. So I decided to move forward with the tank repair that I originally brought it in for. I asked them when it might be done and they said well "we have a big RV show coming up so we wont be able to get to it for a little wile. Which I took as "we are more interested in new customers and selling RVs then helping current customers. I told them to order the parts with my deadline in mind, they decided to wait a week before ordering it. At this point I had enough. Told them to just cancel the order and move on. I even spoke to their GM there and he was not that friendly and you could tell he really didn't care. He said "well what do you want me to do about it" and fed me a line about how they don't consider a part to be ordered until they have a PO number for it. When their part tech told me they just ordered it. Well I go down to pick up the RV and pay my 1115 dollar bill. Go out side to check the RV and my slider is working just fine! They never told me they got it working or anything. I went back inside to talk with them about it and they said "yeah we found a adjustment on your RV and got it working" So I ended up paying a ridiculous amount of money for a simple adjustment. I don't normally do reviews but I really want to save people from going through the same disaster I did. For a 135 dollars a hr I highly suggest taking it to Dickinson before bringing it to them. Trust me the extra gas going that far will save you money and a huge head ache.
You will be better off ordering any RV parts online, they mark up parts 30-40%. Even the water filters that screw on to your drinking water hose, that sell at Walmart and Tractor Supply for 19.99 they sell at Coats RV for 36.00.
