Cleaner than one would expect. For today's standards in rooms, it's not bad, but the property only has rooms and no other amenities and the location leaves much to be desired.

Think the best deal in Williston for an apartment, without any overhead utility payments.This place is clean, basic and keeps your costs down, especially for those who want to escalate their savings account or send money home to their families. A recent remodel features a brand new laundry at competitive rates. Some guests have been residents for over two years. Many guests work for oilfield companies.
It's affordable, economy sized rooms. There is no laundry service, no one comes in and cleans the room. Rooms are built for long stays, but don't have stoves!

Very clean quite. Its a little bit out of,town. But well worth the price. I enjoy the free WiFi and TV. Ms Connie at the front office is very kind. They have a staff of ladies that keep the Rooms super clean if you pay extra.washer and dryer on sight..Rooms have a microwave mini fridge . from home I brought my toaster oven slow cooker and other odds and ends.
