Service was very good. Rooms were pretty clean. Pool was closed and my only complaint is that the fitness center is a joke
Good bartenders. Nice TV's. Fun games like beer pong and bean bag toss. Reasonably priced drinks.
First they messed up when they checked me in and only put me for 1 night when it was supposed to be a week. I work nightshift, so I don't appreciate getting blown up at noon to check out when I was supposed to have a room for a week. The lady was kind of hostile until I pointed out the $100 pet deposit I paid when it's only supposed to be $25 a night or a maximum of $100 if its more than a few nughts, which proved it was an error on their end. Then they mixed up my personal card I used for the pet deposit with my company card. Long story short, good rooms and a not so good front desk.
Sad excuse for a hotel. Good for drunks, bad place to stay if you need a good night's rest. Even after the hotel bar closes, patrons are allowed to yell and be loud in the hallway in front of the bar and other areas. Will never stay here again!
Front desk is terrible had to stand and wait 15 min to check in while they argued with another guest. Next day lost my key waited 20min while they were on the phone with a previous guest disputing charges before they would make me a new key. And what do know when i checked out they over charged me too. Then i got to be the lucky guest on the phone for 20 min trying to get them to fix their mistake. Hotel is over all descent pillows suck and so does the customer service.
