My husband slipped on ice two months ago . I slipped today right after me the woman behind me coming out and slipped. I'm still bleeding on my arm. Called office said they were working it came home later and salted myself!
Great apartment community, but a bit slow on repairs, and they took my pet deposit, despite the fact there was no pet damage, because of my roommate's inadequate cancellation notice, which I thought was odd.
The office staffs are very very unprofessional! They don't know how to approach anyone rude ! They all need to be change so north gate residents can stay longer ! . I love the apartment , but there's no parking . If you have a garage it will be on the south while u are in the north horrible especially winter time .if you request a work order in your apartment just wait for two months ! That's how slow they are . I hated living there because of the sloppy staffs .
I couldn't agree more. My experience has been great so far. 5 stars well deserved.
