WORST APARTMENT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN! Manager HARASSES US CONSTANTLY! She has even went so far as to call the police on us 2 times stating that we were smoking marijuana inside our apartment. However when the police come inside, they APOLOGIZE to US on her behalf. Leaving a note on the door is one thing but threatening my freedom with false accusations is a completely different situation. New management cannot even get together what all is owed, for the past 2 MONTHS! RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN AND DO NOT RENT HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
Terrible management, average used up old apartment. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Their management, and each employee I had dealt with, are inept and can't seem to legally run and manage an apartment complex. I had my unit illegally entered once by the property manager, and towards the end of my one year lease my garage was broken into (lock cut) because they mixed their paperwork up and thought it was vacant.) Phil, the manager for most of the time I stayed there was extremely rude every time I spoke with him. Dominique, their new on site property manager is often gone from the office without any explanation, at times she should clearly be there. Their website has their address and contact info listed wrong so it was extremely difficult for me to send them a legal notice of lawsuit to get my security deposit back 50+ days after moving out.
Never ever ever ever rent from Park Village Apartments or anything owned by David Stern Management! Extremely rude folks all around. Old dilapidated buildings need repairs every so often right?( our bathroom vent had a family of birds living in it...no joke) Call the number given and prepare to meet the rudest people you have ever met. Seriously. Call the office in New York to find out for yourself. The new office manager in Williston seems nice enough but is very difficult to get ahold of. They fired the old managers the month we moved out. The folks in New York are absolutely, insanely rude though. Also apartments are tiny and ours reeked for stale cigarette smoke. They told us it had never been smoked in prior to our move in. A month after moving in, we asked if the neighbors were smoking because it smelled so strongly. Then they told us the previous renter had been a heavy heavy smoker. What?! The walls and musty carpet never did completely lose their stench. Even after my wife shampooed many times and scrubbed the walls. Sorry to get so lengthy but we were really sorry to have signed their mandatory year long lease. We don't want to see any more decent people get screwed by these rude low life's. It's a shame to have to give them even one star. Have a nice day! :)
Currently living here, just wishing I could get out of my lease. These people harass their tenants and visitors non stop. They spend most of their time stalking and watching tenants to find reasons to harass them. I have a new note on my door every other day saying things like "tracking mud up the stairs, if this continues, you won't be staying here anymore" (during winter... sorry its muddy outside?) Terrible looking units, sooo not worth the rent they charge. Stay away from this place!!!
I only have wonderful things to say about Park Village Apartments While it isn't a new building my apartment is nice my neighbors are amazing and there's new management and they are kind, gentle and responsive to any of my needs. The price is probably the best in town.
So I think it's a hidden gem and I and my neighbors feel lucky to have found Park Village
and we're happy and proud to call it home.
