Stupid hours to drop something off. Why not be able to drop something off all day long?!?
If you can find it the door has hours which you're not honored because the door is always locked and you have to flag down a UPS driver just to get them to take your package
They leave the drop box open and my iPad never made it back to Verizon so thank you ups for costing me 800 dollars
I think the 4 and 5 star marks here must be for the UPSstore, not the center. The center and UPS in general are terrible. Biggest joke!! Footlocker sent my son's basketball shoes UPS when we have a P.O. Box. Instead of UPS calling from williston to have me pick up they said I refused delivery. Took 2 weeks to get his shoes.
Paid for next day air with Labor Day holiday coming. Tracking showed arrived at 943 am on 9/1 in Williston and won't be delivered till end of day Tuesday 9/5. Why am I paying $50 for next day delivery but not receiving package for 5 days???? I travel for work and ship items often and will definitely be using FedEx for all of my future shipping. Oh and customer service can't give any more info than the tracking web site so don't bother...
