I'm used to Lifetime Fitness and paying a little less than what I did when I went to the ARC. With that being said this place is over priced for what it has to offer and has poor management. Paying a quarter for every time you want to lock your items up is a bit ridiculous too. Those who rated this place 5 stars I am guessing is local or this is the only facility like this they have been to.
Music would be really appreciated as well as a little longer hours. It's a big facility to light and keep open but maybe only certain areas? Like the upper floor 6am-10pm?
The ARC is Williston's Haven for offering a wide variety of sport centers in one big place. Walking track, swimming, racket ball, volleyball, basketball, lazy river floats, waterslides, child care, Senior room with coffee, meeting rooms, etc... Superb!
This place is great. Sure maybe the hours aren't the best for adults but it's an awesome rec center. The gym area is divided in two different areas which kinda stinks but the equipment is all too notch and in good repair. Good selection of freeweights, although the area is a bit condensed. Tennis is fun and the upper and lower tracks are great too.
It's a really nice place, has a lot to offer. But I wish the hours were a bit better. It's summer, so why is it only open 11-5 on Fridays and Saturdays? and sundays it's open 1-5? you'd think being it's summer they would have longer hours. The staff aren't very friendly either... unprofessional and immature.
Excellent facility, great for kids and families. Families can change together for the pool, in private rooms. Very nice.
