Enjoy the community in which I live. Kid friendly, beautiful homes, fast maintenance, past leasing agents have been helpful. (We hav someone new, but I am sure she will be helpful as well) If we had fenced back yards to block all the snow drfits, tumble weeds and for privacy, this place would be a 5+ rating! Privacy is needed in the back yards because everyone can see what you are doing In your home if blinds are open. If you are sitting down eating dinner people can see in. Simple fix close your blinds, but it’s those times when you forget your blinds are open and come home at night or come from upstairs downstairs. We have a lot of plants so I open blinds daily. My husband walks around in underwear all the time! Sorry neighbors!!!! If you want to tan on the back patio everyone will see you that lives either to the left or right of your twin home. Last year we were snowed in from the back of home and not able to let our dogs go outside to use the restroom because the snow drifts were so incredibly high.. we’re talking About 5.5 feet high and they do not do snow removal for the backyards! My guess is fenced yards would help with the drifts. Where I am positioned the drifts and tumble weeds come straight to my yard, but not just my yard... all the way to the sliding glass door. Not as much of a problem if you are not in and out of the sliding glass door on a regular basis, but I am. 3-4 times a day. We did have to insulate some of our windows because it does get very cold in the winter months downstairs and especially the two rooms over the garage. But, other than that it is a lovely place to live and the 4 bedroom 3.5 bath style is quite lovely! Leasing agents and maintenance have ALWAYS been so helpful and the owners as well when management has reached out to them. Anytime I have family visit from out of town they always say wow it’s so spacious! Not to mention my home is usually the home everyone wants to come to for gatherings. The layout we have is perfect for Gatherings!

I absolutely love living here the property management staff is the best I've ever had. The maintenance team is always available and takes care of any issue within a day anything that would take longer they tell you what steps they're going to take and how soon they'll get it fixed. I wish I had moved here sooner.
