Great Appertments and great staff
We have an apartment here and when we got here we were told we get 2 parking spaces our jeep broke down so we parked it in the back parking spaces it doesn't have a flat or anything that makes it appear broken but they towed it so now we have to pay to get it towed somewhere else which makes me mad because we pay for 2 parking spots!!!!!!
Very nice apartments! The staff does a great job taking care of issues in a timely manner.
Poor management. Hallways smell like dog piss. Buildings are always filthy.
I really didn't want to leave this type of review but I have too. I moved in about 6 months ago now and since then living on the 4th floor, I've had to listen to door closings that sound like gun shots and audible echo and shake the entire apartment floor no matter what part of the place your in. As the neighbor below walks around it shakes my desk, my tv, you can feel it at and in the table eating, I wake up too it at night laying my bed. It's as if the floor flexes and pounds with every foot him and his buddies make and it even rattles things on the walls/table when its hit hard enough. I can tell exactly where in the apartment they are at at all times. I talked to the management twice and they said they never heard of it, I spoke with the neighbor who addressed it as being an issue with being heavy feet walkers and his door just slams hard but its all his doors. But seriously its as though I live in a Richter 2 earthquake the minute they get home. I hear no noise from other neighbors, but i sit and shake all night long to the point I'd rather go watch tv in my car. It interrupts movies, game-play, I've quit painting because I get so stressed over it which doesn't help coming home from work to just sit in this all night. I honestly can't wait to leave my lease as this is the most unpleasant experience in any apartment I've had. I would take thumping kids at this point because at least that quiets down once in awhile.
