I love Regency! Really well managed with great layouts with pretty finishes. Anytime I have ever asked for anything from the office staff they have always been kind and courteous and been on top of it. Maintenance is also fantastic here, it is definitely a 5 star living experience.

The staffs are very helpful and nice I hope they don't change them . I love living here pretty much quiet, but the hall way always smell like dog poop and 87% of the time dirty .
Anyway, there are much better options for apartment homes in Williston now with management personnel who actually care about their residents. This was a nice place until the new management took over. I will be getting out of my lease here; sick of the noise and this towing BS.
Management here is completely incompetent. They've hired a company to patrol the parking lots at random times and tow people without passes...without telling anyone who is not a resident of the complex. I'd imagine anywhere other than ND, this would be illegal. My vehicle was towed in under 12 hours for being parked in a nearly vacant side lot for not having a pass. I got home from work with a loaner company truck that did not have a pass (other one needed work in the shop) at around 7PM and was unable to get a guest pass due to the office being closed. Property manager said I should have called to get a guest pass... yea right. She has never once answered the phone after hours when I call to complain about the thumping bass or constantly barking dogs in the complex. You know you live somewhere swell when you have to take your apartment complex to small claims to get $250 in towing back.
Careful, they'll tow your car in the night if you don't have your overpriced parking pass in your window and good luck figuring out where your car is when you get up to go to work in the morning, especially when their office doesn't open for hours. Plus extreme amounts of dog feces all over the yard. Worst place I have ever lived.
