Tanning beds are nice to have access to, as well as the fitness center, the office staff often posts different events (rice crispy treats, junk food day, garage sale, dog walks..), love having an elevator and underground parking (so grateful for so I don't have to scrape windows, warm and dry going to and from my apartment to car.
I absolutely LOVE the office staff! Everyone is so GENUINELY nice and helpful. I just renewed my annual lease, I've lived here a year now.
They rarely shoveled their sidewalks while I lived there, which left the apartments with zero handicap access. Plus they piled the snow in the handicapped parking in front of the main entrance.
The underground garage makes it sound like a monster truck show in your apartment.

They took a deposit from me for an apartment, come to find out they leased it to somebody else, I picked another floor plan that we absolutely didn’t like at all. The last I heard from leasing agent was that she was writing up a lease. I waited a month until lease signing date where I was told that I wasn’t approved, I was out $535.00 for over a month because of these non communicating people with bad service. I also was told the application fees would be waived but when I got the refund check they didn’t include the $35.00 in it. I had 1 day to find another place because my lease was up and I thought I had a place locked in. DO NOT RENT from these people this place is a disgrace to the apartment community in Williston. Went up the road to a nicer complex and was moved in the next day!! Bad service, bad communication!!! They will say whatever to get you in there they are like a car dealer!!!
Then they charged me for new carpet and took my deposit for "pet stains" under the carpet. Despite the fact my whole apartment was flooded at one point.
Then tried to raise our rent while offering better deals to new tenants. Luckily I was intending on leaving.
The power went off and reset my garage so I had zero access to it for 3 days. The maintenance man scheduled to meet me after work to open it for me then decided not to show up or contact me. I had to throw a huge fit to get them to send someone to open it.
By far the worst place I lived.
The apartments are beautiful and I love the location. Underground parking/ elevator is also a plus! Joann and Beverley are super friendly. Enjoyed living here besides my loud neighbors above. Other than that would recommend! Definitely would re-sign if I didn't have a dog.

My apartment was flooded by their washing machine, I had to shop vac it up. They brought over two fans the next day then called it good.
